Process

Nine steps.
No story.

Every NA₂RA can and bottle begins as purified water and ends as a batch-tested beverage. The path between is documented and identical for every SKU.

01

Purify

Source water passes a multi-stage reverse-osmosis system. The result is a near-neutral baseline — the canvas, not the painting.
02

Premix

Beverage-grade mineral salts from named suppliers (Dr. Paul Lohmann, Jungbunzlauer, ICL) are blended into a controlled premix with documented COAs.
03

Dose

Premix is dosed into a stainless blending tank under continuous agitation, hitting target mineral and electrolyte windows.
04

Verify

pH, TDS, conductivity, and individual mineral concentrations are measured in-line. Outside spec, the batch does not advance.
05

Stabilize

Taste, mouthfeel, and clarity are dialled in. Carbonation is not part of the program. The product is still, intentional water.
06

Microbial Control

Format-specific microbial control — UV, filtration, and fill choices matched to sleek-can vs aluminum-bottle formats.
07

Fill

Can and bottle lines run separately. Each SKU is matched to the packaging format suited to its shelf life and use case.
08

Third-Party Test

Independent laboratory analysis for heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), lithium, microbial load, and full mineral profile.
09

Trace

The QR code on every unit links to that batch's test report. Not a marketing claim — the actual numbers, accessible by anyone.
Co-packing

Southern California partners.

All four SKUs run aluminum — sleek cans for the Everyday line, bottles for Heavy Water — co-packed in the Los Angeles area with Big Brands LLC as the primary formulation and fill partner.

Each partner is required to support our mineral dosing protocol and our batch traceability commitment. The supplier list is a published part of the product.

Co-Packers, Today

Primary engagement — Big Brands LLC (Los Angeles + San Diego): formulation and fill across both formats. Sleek cans for the Everyday line, aluminum bottles for Heavy Water.

On file — Alum Beverages, Co-Packer LA, Chameleon Beverage, and California Custom Beverage (LA County) for aluminum capacity. Continuum Packing Solutions (Minden, NV) if an aseptic carton edition returns.
